My experience was not satisfactory. For more than two months, we coordinated a PPR welding machine with a key specification of 1500 W, but the sample I received delivered only around 840 W in my tests. In addition, the wiring and configuration did not match what we had discussed. Mady was polite, but the technical communication lacked precision, and several important answers were delayed or required repeated follow-up.
