1、 Superior Crawler Chassis with Independent Travel Power Equipped with an 8HP dedicated walking crawler system, this hydraulic drilling rig adopts rugged rubber tracked undercarriage,enabling flexible off-road traveling across farmland, muddy terrain, mountain slopes and uneven construction sites. Different from wheel-mounted drill machines, its crawler design disperses ground pressure effectively to avoid sinking on soft soil, drastically improving site accessibility and transition efficiency between working spots without extra haulage vehicles.
2、 Strong & Modular Diesel Power Configuration It features a 22HP main diesel engine (3~7kW optional electric motor alternative available) as core power unit. The high-torque diesel powertrain delivers stable hydraulic output to conquer soil, sand and hard rock formations. Dual independent power layout(drilling main power + crawler traveling power) separates working and walking power circuits, preventing power conflict and ensuring uninterrupted drilling performance under heavy-load rock-drilling conditions.
3、 Wide & Flexible Drilling Parameter Coverage This rig supports 10–35cm drilling diameter and maximum 150-meter drilling depth, matched with standard 50mm diameter drill pipes and interchangeable multi-spec alloy drill bits. Such wide-range drilling specs satisfy diversified demands: small-diameter domestic drinking wells, medium farm irrigation wells and large-caliber factory water supply wells, covering soil layer, sand layer and medium-hard rock layer drilling works.
4、 Compact Lightweight Body with Stable Hydraulic Support Structure Only 1.1 tons total machine weight with compact overall dimension (2670×1170×1920mm). Four vertical hydraulic outrigger legs are pre-installed around the frame; operators can quickly adjust leg height to level the rig on sloped ground, locking the whole machine firmly during drilling to eliminate vibration shift. Its small footprint allows operation in narrow yards and tight construction sites where large-size drill rigs cannot enter.
5、 Multi-scenario Versatile Application Compatibility One machine fits four mainstream drilling projects: household domestic water well drilling, industrial factory water well construction, construction foundation piling and agricultural farmland irrigation well exploitation. The hydraulic feed drilling mechanism can switch rapidly between percussive rock drilling and rotary soil drilling modes, cutting equipment procurement cost for users with mixed-type drilling businesses.
