  • Wide industrial application coverage: Widely used in oilfield gathering pipelines, industrial circulating cooling water, boiler water treatment, metal surface treatment and harsh water quality systems, serving as a high-performance organophosphonic scale and corrosion inhibitor for extreme working conditions.
  • High alkaline pentasodium salt form: Fully neutralized pentasodium salt with pH 10.0-11.0, stronger chelating and dispersing capacity than lower sodium salts, adapts better to high hardness and high alkalinity water quality.
  • Outstanding high temperature scale inhibition: Maintains excellent scale inhibition performance even at 200℃, good thermal and hydrolysis stability, specially suitable for high temperature water systems and harsh oilfield conditions.
  • Excellent calcium carbonate scale control: Delivers superior inhibition effect against calcium carbonate scale formation, effectively prevents scaling on pipeline walls and heat transfer surfaces.
  • Good formulation compatibility: Can be compounded with other organophosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acid dispersants and corrosion inhibitors to prepare high-performance composite water treatment agents.
  • Dual function: scale inhibition + corrosion inhibition: Works as efficient scale inhibitor at conventional dosage; shows good corrosion inhibition performance when dosage exceeds 40 ppm, provides dual protection for metal equipment.
  • Designed for harsh oilfield conditions: Specially suitable as antiscaling agent for oil pipelines with high hardness, high salinity and poor water quality, maintains stable performance under complex crude oil gathering and transportation conditions.
