    "The cutting size is usually determined by the size of the workbench. The most commonly used countertop size is 3 meters wide and 2 meters long, while countertops used for metal or stone cutting are 2 meters wide and 4 meters long, covering the size range of most boards. If you need to cut oversized materials, you need to choose oversized countertops. The performance of the high-pressure pump and the length of the Z-axis determine the thickness of the material that can be cut."

    This is a consideration that must be made from the outset. Since 2D cutting and 3D cutting require different cutting heads, electrical controls, and software, and retrofitting them later is quite difficult. If you need to cut bevels or surfaces with angles greater than 12°, complex curves of 3D parts, you will need to choose an AC5-axis 3D cutting head. If you only need to make cuts, a 3-axis cutting head is the most economical.

    Cutting tables come in various forms, such as the cantilever structure for three-side material loading, which typically does not exceed 3 meters in length. There are also the classic gantry structures for two-side material loading, and the improved bridge-type structures that are more stable and offer higher precision. There are fully enclosed outer structures that focus on protecting the working environment and increasing personnel safety.
