    • Q:What kinds of raw materials can your machinery process?

    A: Our biomass machinery is designed to process almost all types of agricultural and forestry waste, including sawdust, wood logs, wood chips, tree branches, coconut shells, rice husks, peanut shells, sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, crop straw, and other soft or hard biomass.

    Q: What is the optimal moisture content and size of raw materials required?

    A:Size: For briquette and pellet making, raw materials should be crushed to below 3-5mm. Moisture: The ideal moisture content is between 8% and 12%. If your raw materials are larger or wetter, we provide custom crushers and industrial dryers as part of our turnkey production lines.

    Q: Do you provide overseas installation service?

    A: Yes. If you buy machines from us, we will dispatch the most professional engineer to your local site to guide the installation. After the installation, the engineer will also do the commissioning and train the workers to operate the machines, and do the maintenance
