  • This EP900 type intelligent valve positioner is a dual-line instrument adopting piezoelectric valve technology, it accepts DC 4-20mA current control signal and processes data through built-in high-performance microcontroller, realizes accurate valve opening adjustment with internal fuzzy PID optimal control algorithm, and is equipped with 4-20mA valve opening transmit function for real-time feedback monitoring, it supports quick and easy self-configuration to reduce on-site commissioning workload. Coming with IP66 protection grade, its air source input port builds-in filter to purify air supply and protect internal piezoelectric valve components, external exhaust design avoids gas entering the main unit so as to prevent circuit board corrosion, near-zero gas consumption under standby status achieves good energy-saving effect. It works stably under -30℃ to 70℃ operating temperature, provides standard type and intrinsically safe explosion-proof options to satisfy diverse hazardous working conditions, its travel range covers 10-200mm or 0-120°, gas source pressure requires 0-0.6MPa oil-free moisture-free dust-free medium, impedance is less than 450Ω, equipped with NPT1/4 gas source interface and NPT1/2, G1/2 electrical interface. This positioner supports customizable output characteristics including linear and proportional modes of 1:25,1:50,25:1,50:1, delivers excellent performance with ±0.5%F.S linearity, ±0.4%F.S replicability and ±0.5%F.S sensitivity, die-cast aluminum housing weighs 1.8kg with dimension 218x105x118mm, suitable for various industrial pneumatic valve control projects and bulk wholesale procurement.
