The dynamic 5-axis water jet cutting machine is specifically designed for cutting marble and granite, and can compensate for a 10° cutting angle. It is a type of oblique cutting machine.
Due to the fact that water jet cutting is a flexible cutting method, the product cross-section after traditional 3-axis water jet
cutting will have a certain degree of inclination (with in 1 °). To ensure the accuracy of the vertical cutting section, it is
necessary to reduce the cutting speed. However, our 5-axis water jet cutting machine can ensure the accuracy of the vertical cutting part by compensating for the cutting angle, without reducing the cutting speed. Can be used for fine metal cutting, stone mosaic cutting, and mosaic cutting, without the need for secondary polishing, saving time and effort.
The split-type cutting machine means convenient assembly and disassembly, which is conducive to better packaging and transportation.
