High-Shear Homogenization for Fine, Stable Emulsions 15kW bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizer with variable speed 0-3000 rpm. Operates under vacuum ≤-0.085 MPa to refine particles down to 1 μm. Delivers uniform, smooth emulsions with excellent stability and gloss, ideal for creams, lotions, sauces and similar products.

Stainless Steel Construction for Hygienic Processing Product contact parts made of SUS316L stainless steel with mirror finish. Non-contact parts made of SUS304 stainless steel for durability.

Easy-to-clean design prevents residue buildup and cross-contamination.

All-in-One Functionality Mixing, Heating, Emulsifying and Degassing 1000L main emulsifying pot plus 400L oil phase pot plus 800L water phase pot.

Electric heating with precise temperature control ±1℃ to protect heat-sensitive ingredients. 5.5kW top-mounted frame-type scraper agitator 0-63 rpm prevents sticking and ensures uniform mixing of high-viscosity materials.

Built-in vacuum degassing removes bubbles effectively, improving product quality and shelf life.
