Product details
The butterfly valve is internally and externally processed with high-grade polishing equipment to meet surface precision requirements; it is suitable for industrial fields such as dairy, food, beer, beverage, cosmetics, etc.
Connection forms: Welded, Tri-Clamp, Threaded, Clamp, Wafer, etc.
Butterfly valve, also known as flap valve, is a regulating valve with simple structure. It can be used for on-off control of media in low-pressure pipelines. A butterfly valve refers to a valve whose closing member (valve disc or butterfly plate) is a disc that rotates around the valve shaft to achieve opening and closing.
The valve can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, slurry, oil products, liquid metal media, etc.
It mainly plays the roles of shut-off and throttling in the pipeline. The opening and closing part of the butterfly valve is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, which rotates around its own axis in the valve body to achieve the purpose of opening, closing or regulating.
1.Quick and effortless opening and closing, low fluid resistance, suitable for frequent operation.
2.Simple structure, compact dimensions, short face-to-face length, small volume and light weight, ideal for large-diameter valves.
pable of transporting slurry with minimal liquid accumulation at pipeline ports (critical for hygienic applications).
4.Excellent sealing performance under low pressure conditions.
5.Superior flow regulating performance.
6.Large effective flow area of the valve seat passage when fully open, resulting in very low fluid resistance.
7.Low operating torque. The medium forces acting on both sides of the valve shaft are basically equal and opposite, making operation extremely effortless.
8.Sealing surfaces are made of high-quality elastomers (Silicone, EPDM, FKM), ensuring outstanding low-pressure sealing performance.
9.Easy and convenient installation with multiple connection options available.
