    Yes. This roller press is engineered for nickel smelter dust and steel mill sludge. We configure the roller surface pattern (oval, pillow, or square) and pressure settings specifically for your material composition to ensure high strength briquettes.

    It depends on the material characteristics. For dry fine dust, a small amount of water or inorganic binder may be required to increase ball strength. We can advise on the best formulation based on your sample test results.

    The rollers are made of high-chromium alloy steel or surfaced with tungsten carbide welding, designed for long service life even when processing abrasive mineral powders. Wear parts are replaceable.

    Yes. The control cabinet provides standard 4-20mA and RS485 Modbus signals, allowing seamless integration with your plant's DCS for remote monitoring of current, pressure, and production data.
