Oilfield well testing drilling sand desander / cyclone desander machine is designed to provid efficient and reliable separation of sand and solids from hydrocarbon and water effluent during either the early life of a well or its producing life.The unit is positioned as close as possible to the wellhead to remove solids from high-velocity effluent streams before the fluids undergo further processing to prevent damage, fouling and blockage in downstream equipment.
Overall P rocess Solution
The basic structure of the desander includes sand removing tank, sand collecting tank, as well as their connecting pipe and connection valve, outlet valve of sand collecting tank, inlet and outlet pipelines of sand removing tank, flushing and inlet pressure-filling pipe of sand collecting tank and switch valve, pressure gauge, etc.
Design Proposal of sand desander is as follows
Wo rking procedures of the de sand er are as follows
1. Open the inlet and outlet pipe and intermediate connecting valve of the sand removing tank, and press START to work.
2. G as through the sand removing tank flow s to the next stage, solid particles and droplets are pushed to the sand collecting tank.
3. Close the intermediate connection valve when the sand collecti ng tank is nearly full.
4. O pen the outlet valve of sand collecting tank, relea sing pressure and draining sand.
5. Open the flushing and inlet pressure-filling pipe of sand collecting tank and switch valve, d ischarge residual sand from the sand collecti ng tank.
6. Close the flushing and inlet pressure-filling pipe of sand collecting tank and switch valve, c lose the sand collecting tank outlet valve.
7. Open the flushing and inlet pressure-filling pipe of sand collecting tank and switch valve, r aise the pressure in sand collecting tank to balance with sand removing tank.
8. O pen the intermediate connection valve, continue to work normally.
