There are significant amounts of water mud and sand mud generated during the cutting process. Over time, more and more sand sediment accumulates, leading to the eventual filling of the water tank.

Cleaning the water tank is a laborious and exhausting task, requiring 1-2 days for two people to complete. Moreover, the machine must be halted during this cleaning period, causing inconvenience to the user.

To address these challenges, PMT has leveraged its extensive practical experience to develop a sullage removal system.

This innovative system utilizes embedded pipes installed at the bottom of the water tank and employs a highly efficient automatic clearing pump. The pump circulates the mud-laden water out of the tank into a ton bag within the sludge removal system.

The excess sewage is then redirected back into the water tank, creating a continuous cycle. This process continues until the ton bag is fully filled with mud, which can then be removed using a forklift or crane. This entire process eliminates the need for manual labor and allows the machine to operate uninterrupted, ensuring a clean working environment.

the designer of this simple yet highly efficient sludge removal system, follows the principle of using a high-efficiency automatic sludge pump (pneumatic diaphragm pump) during the cutting process.

The embedded pipes with small holes located at the tank's bottom effectively suction the mixed mud sewage, pumping it into a large container within the sluge removal system, typically a ton bag.

After sedimentation, the wastewater returns to the water tank while the sand mud remains in the ton bag until it reaches full capacity.

At that point, it can be easily removed using a crane. This entire process is automated and does not require any human intervention.
