Product Introduction

DTH Drilling Rig Machines are impact rotary blast hole drill. It uses the impactor and drill bit that dive into the bottom of the hole to impact and crush the rock, so it is called a down-the-hole mining drilling machine.

DTH drill machine is composed of impactor and drill bit, rotary mechanism, lifting mechanism, pressurizing device, traveling mechanism, slag discharge system, drilling frame and drill pipe. The drilling tools of the surface drilling rig include drill pipe, DTH hammer and drill bit. The surface drill rigs uses the drill rod to drive the DTH hammer and the drill bit to rotate together, and uses the piston of the DTH hammer to impact the drill bit to break the ore rock.This dth drill rig uses the compressed air output by the screw air compressor as the power to impact rock drilling and flush the blasthole. It can be divided into integrated type and separated type mine drilling machine.

The integrated type mine drilling rig is installed with the air compressor and the blast hole drilling machine, and the separated type quarry driller is separated from the air compressor. The quarry drilling machine adopts crawler walking, drilling tool rotary propulsion, drilling frame jacking compensation, and quarry drill rig leveling are all driven by hydraulic pressure.

Working principle

This drilling rig commonly used in geological drilling. The rotary mechanism of this kind of drilling rig has a long vertical shaft (about 1 meter), which is used to drive the drilling tool to rotate, realize the feed and guide the drilling tool, hence the name spindle type drill

Application
