Desalting of crude oil

Sent to refinery crude oil from oil fields often salt (mainly chloride), water (soluble in oil or emulsified status), can lead to equipment corrosion, scaling on the inner wall of the equipment, and the influence of refined oil products, need to be removed before processing. Atmospheric distillation

Vacuum distillation

The pressure tower bottom oil is further processed through the decompression furnace, the decompression tower, and produces the first line, wax oil, residual oil and asphalt.
