This fully automatic rotary pre-made pouch packing machine is designed for automatic bag picking, opening, filling, sealing, and output of stand-up pouches and shaped pouches. Piston metering system with anti-drip nozzles - suitable for liquids and viscous products such as fruit juice, puree, jam, yogurt, sauce, ketchup, etc. Filling range 10-1500ml (customizable), speed 15-50 bags/min, bag length 70-400mm, bag width 70-200mm (customizable). Double-lane constant temperature sealing - firm and neat seals. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, PLC and touch screen control. Widely used in food, beverage, and condiment industries.

Rotary Auto Bag Picking & Opening: Automatically picks and opens bags - fills only when bag is detected - No Bag, No Fill - stable operation.

High-Precision Piston Metering: High accuracy - filling range 10-1500ml adjustable - suitable for juices, purees, sauces, and other liquids/viscous products.

Anti-Drip Filling Nozzle: Servo-controlled nozzle with No Bag, No Fill protection - prevents dripping - keeps bag mouth and equipment clean.

Double-Lane Constant Temperature Sealing: Firm, neat, consistent seals - good sealing performance - leak-proof.

Wide Bag Compatibility: Stand-up pouches, shaped pouches, etc. Easy adjustment for different bag types.

Multi Material Compatibility: Suitable for PA/PE, PET/AL/PE, OPP/CPP and other laminated films.

Hygienic Construction: Product contact parts made of 304 stainless steel, food-grade, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean.
