  • Large Throughput Capacity at the Secondary Stage The wide feed opening and large crushing chamber volume allow this machine to process high tonnages at the secondary crushing position. Material flows continuously through the chamber without backing up or overflowing, matching the output rate of primary jaw crushers in medium to large quarries.
  • Forged Eccentric Shaft with Precision Bearing Fit The eccentric shaft is forged from alloy steel and machined to tight tolerances at the bearing journals. The shaft surface finish and dimensional accuracy ensure proper contact with the inner bearing races, reducing vibration and extending bearing service life under the cyclic loading of continuous crushing.
  • Parallel Crushing Zone at Discharge for Uniform Product The lower section of the crushing chamber features a parallel zone where the mantle and concave run at a constant distance from each other. Every particle passing through this zone is crushed to the same minimum size at least once, ensuring the finished product has consistent particle size distribution without a high proportion of oversized material.
  • Spherical Bearing Support Absorbs Eccentric Motion The main shaft is supported at its base on a large spherical bearing surface that allows the shaft to tilt slightly as the eccentric rotates. This bearing type accommodates the wobbling motion of the eccentric assembly while maintaining full contact area support, preventing edge loading that would cause premature bearing wear.

    Complete machines are anti-rust packed in wooden frames. We assist in arranging special sea containers and calculate full logistics costs accurately.

    T/T telegraphic transfer and L/C letters of credit are acceptable. Formal commercial PI contracts will be signed for all orders.

    1.5-year warranty for complete machines. Original spare parts are permanently available, and we provide remote video guidance for installation & commissioning.
