  • Heat Pump Closed Belt-Type Sludge Dryer
  • innovatively integrates cooling and ventilation system technologies to launch a low-temperature sludge drying system. The system can dry wet sludge with a moisture content of 83% to below 30%.The system operates fully automatically and intelligently, with low energy consumption and zero is specifically designed for sludge drying reduction projects in different fields such as municipal engineering, printing&dyeing, paper-making, electroplating, chemical industry, leather processing, pharmacy,kitchen waste and so on. It helps to take the advantage of the harmless material for subsequent incineration, composting and building materials, breaking through the limitations of traditional drying technologies.
  • Using a heat pump system, humid air from the drying cabinet is cooled and dehumidified through the evaporator, and then reheated by the condenser into dry&hot air. This air is sent into the dryer,and the process repeats continuously.The moisture in the sludge is drained as condensate into the sewage tank.
