  • MC cast nylon, is a high-performance engineering plastic with a molecular weight of 70,000-100,000, which is 3 times that of ordinary nylon 6 and nylon 66, so its comprehensive mechanical properties are far superior to other nylon materials. It is produced by alkali-catalyzed polymerization, injecting caprolactam monomers into molds of various shapes for polymerization reaction under normal pressure, with simple production tools and molds and relatively low manufacturing costs. Our MC cast nylon products include nylon machined parts, nylon tubes, nylon plates, nylon bushings, nylon wheels, etc., which can be customized according to customer requirements for size, specification, color and performance, and are widely used in various industrial fields as an ideal material to replace copper, stainless steel, aluminum alloy.
  • High Strength & Durability: MC cast nylon has excellent tensile and compressive strength, with a service life 4-5 times longer than ordinary nylon and metal parts, reducing replacement costs.
  • Self-Lubricating & Wear-Resistant: The friction coefficient is 8.8 times lower than that of steel and 8.3 times lower than that of copper, no oil lubrication required, reducing maintenance costs and improving work efficiency.
  • Corrosion & High-Temperature Resistant: Resistant to various chemicals, acids and alkalis, and can work stably at -40℃ to 120℃, adapting to harsh industrial environments.
  • Lightweight & Easy to Process: The specific gravity is only 1/7 of bronze, reducing equipment load; easy to cut, drill, mill and other secondary processing, and easy to install.
  • Custom & Cost-Effective: Support OEM/ODM customization, can be customized according to customer drawings and samples; simple production process, low manufacturing cost, high cost performance compared with metal materials.
