Stable performance Mud Gun for drilling fluid tank with reasonable price

∇ Product description: Drilling fluid mud gun is a special tool to prevent mud precipitation in the drilling mud circulation system, which is generally used with a high-power sand pump or shear pump, mainly to prevent mud from precipitating in the drilling mud tank.

∇ Classification: The mud gun is divided into high and low pressure, and the high-pressure gun is discharged by the drilling pump to supply the tributary, and the pressure level is 1~6MPa; The low-pressure gun is supplied by a centrifugal sand pump, and the pressure level is 0.2~0.3MPa. The amount of configuration should be decided according to the number of agitators.

∇ How it works

1) Relying on the high-speed liquid generated by the nozzle of the gun body to impact the bottom of the drilling fluid storage tank deposited to make it suspended; 2) When the agitator is shut down for a period of time, the deposited solid phase buries the impeller and needs to be reactivated, part of the resistance torque when the agitator is started can be eliminated by working through the drilling fluid gun, which provides a reliable guarantee for the normal operation of the agitator.
