    This is a 6-inch polyurethane hydrocyclone desander cone, primarily used in oil and gas drilling solids control systems. It removes sand and silt particles (typically 45-75 microns) from drilling fluids/mud to maintain mud properties and protect downstream equipment. It is installed on shale shakers, mud cleaners, desanders, and desilters.

    The cone is made of high-quality polyurethane (PU) with excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. PU cones offer significantly longer service life compared to rubber or metal alternatives when handling abrasive drilling solids.

    We manufacture hydrocyclone cones in 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12" diameters. This listing is for the 6-inch desander cone. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

    Our 6-inch cone is designed as an OEM replacement and is interchangeable with most standard solids control systems in the market. If you have specific brand or model requirements, please provide your existing cone dimensions, flange size, and bolt pattern - we will confirm compatibility or produce a custom match.
