Medium pressure mud gun is aim at ZJ drilling mud solid control system. and is an special tool to prevent mud deposit. It mainly used for drilling mud circulating system. Equipments's power source come from the recirculating system of drilling mud pump. Design pressure is 0.64MPa. The backbone pipeline's diameter is 159×6. Mainly with the mud gun establish ties formation a complete of spurt system blew the tank. And keep it hasn't blind angle or deposit in each mud tank. the equipment design 360°free gyrate. The bottom of every root mud gun fix 3 piece spray head, 120°/piece. and its spurt is radiation. The tank surface and mud gun's top plus laden hand-motion gyrate actuating arm (can collapse) can change the spurt direction by hand-motion. the equipment structure is simplicity,operating agility and use convenient.And is an ideal equipment of mud prevent deposit in the solid control system.
