It is mainly used for loading blasted rock, ore, gravel and other loose materials into mine cars or other underground transportation equipment
  • High Loading Efficiency: Equipped with a 0.2m³ bucket, the machine provides a rated productivity of at least 48m³/h, helping improve mucking efficiency and shorten the excavation cycle
  • Ideal for Narrow Underground Roadways: With compact overall dimensions of 2400*1330*1460mm in transportation condition, the loader is suitable for roadways measuring 2*2.2m or larger. Its loading width reaches at least 2000mm, allowing effective material collection in confined working areas
  • Electric Drive System: The machine operates with a 380V power supply and produces no exhaust emissions at the working point. It is suitable for underground environments where ventilation, energy consumption and operating costs are important considerations
  • Powerful and Stable Performance: A 13kW travel motor provides reliable movement, while a 15kW bucket lifting motor delivers strong loading and lifting capability. The maximum bucket lifting height reaches 2180mm, ensuring smooth and efficient loading operations
  • Practical Unloading Capability: The unloading height is at least 1300mm and the unloading distance is at least 340mm, making the loader compatible with commonly used underground mine cars and material transportation systems
  • Rail-Mounted Operation: The standard track gauge is 600mm. Track gauges of 500mm or above can be customized according to the customer's mine roadway and transportation system. The travel speed reaches 0.75m/s for stable underground movement
  • Wide Application Range: Suitable for loading rock, ore, gangue and construction debris in mine tunnels, underground roadways, hydropower projects and other excavation sites
