  • Three replaceable sealing materials optional to match different working media: Silicone rubber for water/gas medium, NBR nitrile rubber for oil-containing medium, PTFE liner for weak acid & alkali chemical liquid, all achieve bidirectional bubble-tight zero leakage.
  • Stainless steel lockable hand lever with multi-position gear positioning structure, freely adjust opening degree for accurate flow regulation, light operation torque, stable locking without self-rotation during long-term operation.
  • Ultra-thin wafer clamp structure, installed between two pipe flanges without independent flange, lightweight and save pipeline layout space, standard GB/EN flange drilling holes for fast bolt assembly.
  • Complete size range DN40~DN200 PN16 standard, covers all mainstream small & medium pipeline calibers, widely applied in municipal water supply, HVAC, food factory, chemical circulating fluid and refrigeration systems.
