    The main causes include an excessively wide discharge opening, severely worn jaw plates, and hard non-crushable materials mixed in raw feed. Solutions: Readjust and narrow the discharge gap; inspect and replace worn jaw plates; strictly screen feed materials to remove iron blocks and other foreign objects.

    Shut down the machine and cut off power first for inspection: 1.Loose anchor bolts -fasten all fixing bolts; sufficient lubricant or damaged bearings on movable jaw and eccentric shaft - replenish grease or replace bearings; 3.Falling counterweight blocks on flywheels - re-fix the counterweights securely. Conduct no-load test run after confirming all faults are eliminated.
