Compared with traditional hot air circulation drying and ordinary vacuum drying, it can shorten the processing time by about 1/3 and reduce energy consumption by 40%-50%. The moisture content after treatment is significantly reduced.
Working Principle of Vacuum Drying Equipment:By vacuumizing, the saturated vapor pressure of water in the environment where the coil insulation material is located is reduced, making it easier for water to volatilize from the insulating paper. During this process, continuous heating is applied to raise the temperature and provide sufficient gasification energy for water, so that moisture can be removed more easily.
Features of Vacuum Drying Equipment:Ordinary heating drying starts from the surface and gradually proceeds to the interior of the insulation material. Since the surface dries too quickly, the capillaries of the outer insulating paper shrink, making it difficult for internal moisture to evaporate and prolonging the drying time. In contrast, the variable pressure method adopts intermittent exhaust during the drying process, allowing the evaporated water vapor and hot air to circulate inside the tank. Since the specific heat capacity of water is much higher than that of air, the heating speed is faster. In addition, water vapor has strong diffusivity, resulting in a relatively small temperature difference between the inside and outside of the insulation material.
