1. Descriptions

Comparing with conventional tubing pump,The API Tubing Pump has better performance in corrosion resistance & antifriction aspects.Plunger of it is nickel plated on alloy base,inside wall of barrel is plated hard cadmium,key parts,such as valve hood,valve ball,are made of materials with excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistant pared with conventional pump,the series of pump has a longer working life.

2. Working Principle

Plunger move from bottom to top in virtue of fluid pressure from top tube.top and bottom traveling valve close.when stroke begins oil flow through inflow valve as different pressure, then oil flow in barrel through standing valve. Down-stroke oil-fluid pressure drive traving-valve,oil-fluid flow in tube thongh inner hole from bottom of plunger to top of plunger.
