Portable magnetic car
The roller under the magnetic vehicle is attached with magnetism, so that the vehicle is adsorbed on the magnetically attracted pipe by magnetism. The magnetic roller is driven by an electric motor or pneumatic motor to drive the water jet cutting to cut the side wall of the pipe at a uniform speed.
Portable magnetic track car
The magnetic track is adsorbed on the magnetic tank body, and the trolley is fixed and guided by the magnetic track. When the rollers on the trolley are driven by an electric motor or a pneumatic motor, the trolley goes around the magnetic track and the outer wall of the pipe and drives the water cutting to cut the side wall of the pipe at a uniform speed.
Portable pipe hole opener
The portable frame is fixed on the outer wall of the round pipe by magnets or other fixing methods. After adjusting the rotation radius of the water jet cutting machine and the automatic up and down lifting distance of the cutter, when the rotating shaft on the trolley is driven by an electric motor or a pneumatic motor, the rotating mechanism drives the water jet cutting to cut round holes on the pipe at a uniform speed, and can open a groove within 45° at the same time.
Portable CNC cutting platform
The portable platform has three motion axes, namely X, Y, and Z (left and right, front and back, up and down). The portable CNC cutting platform can be fixed to the top, bottom, and plane of the tank through magnets or other fixing methods (if the plane is not flat, it is necessary to adjust the cutting platform feet.
