Machine application: Used for surface polishing or grinding of stainless steel, brass, and composite metal square tubes. This machine is widely used in various industries that require metal pipes, such as furniture, construction, hardware castings, aerospace, etc. Machine configuration: It can be customized according to your needs, and multiple sets of grinding heads can be designed according to your needs. There are 2, 4, 6, and 8 sets of grinding heads to choose from. The grinding head can be equipped with a sand belt or grinding wheel, completing rough grinding to fine polishing in one go. An automatic loading and unloading platform can be installed, and dust collectors can be equipped as needed. Long service life: The shell is made of high-quality sheet metal and uses baking paint technology. This machine is sturdy and durable, with a normal service life of 8-10 years. Easy to operate: PLC control, easy to operate control panel, and can be operated after training.
