Produit Galvanized Rigid Steel Conduit/ GRCGalvanized rigid steel conduit is the heaviest weight and and thickest wall of electrical conduits, for the applications that need superior protection, strength, safety and ductility. GRC can be used indoors, outdoors, underground, concealed and exposed. Produit® GRC is manufactured from high-quality flat-rolled steel utilizing an Electric Resistance Welding process followed by hot-dipped galvanizing. The finished product has strong and smooth welds and a tightly-adhering, uniform zinc coating. To complete your raceway system, Produit also has available rigid elbows, couplings and nipples.
StandardsProduit® GRC is UL and cUL listed to UL6 (Certificate NO.E341799). It is manufactured in accordance with ANSI C80.1 and complies with CSA C22.2 No.45.1.
Manufacturing Processa.Welding: ERW and welded seam removed in-line b.Zinc coating: hot-dipped galvanized to has 40μm adherent zinc coating c.Threading and chamfering: precise NPT threads, tested by ring gauge piece by piece and protected by a patented anti-corrosion coating chamfering to remove burrs and sharp edges d.Packing: one anti-water plastic packing and one anti-abrasion packing; one bundle with two nylon strap for loading and unloading
