The motor of servo direct drive pump drives the crankshaft connecting rod to directly generate water pressure, which basically does not generate excess heat and can maintain a constant pressure output water pressure. The cutting efficiency is 20%-30% higher than that of the hydraulic intensifier pump.
The asynchronous motor of hydraulic intensifier pump drives the plunger pump to generate oil pressure, which is converted into water pressure through the hydraulic system. Hydraulic boosting generates a lot of heat, and cooling the hydraulic oil consumes a lot of electricity. The booster pump pressurizes the oil through the reversing valve and then converts it into water pressure. The reversing valve will reduce the pressure at the moment of reversing, causing fluctuations in water pressure.
The fully intelligent soft starter completely avoids the impact on the power grid and reduces power consumption. The fully intelligent servo motor is used. The motor will only start working when high-pressure water is output, which reduces power consumption and plays a role in energy saving.
Through direct start or delta start, the starting current is as high as about 200A. The impact on the power grid and power consumption are very large. After starting, whether there is high-pressure water output or not, the motor will rotate constantly and power will be consumed.

Now our Z-axis distance is 170 mm and we can customize it for our customers.
