BHJQ400/150 breakout and make up machine has six hydraulic cylinders, in working, the pipe is fixed,the six hydraulic cylinders synchronized able to clamp the coupling and rotate continuousely. Every cylinder control one jaw, and every three cylinder move synchronously, so it can be used for both big and small workpiece; for small pipes, only three jaws scratch out to clamp the coupling, and for big ones, it is six. The reliable synchronizer is imported. To adjust the center automatically, the backup tong can move a bit. The clamp force is controlled by the hydraulic system.

The BHJQ400/150 bucking machine is used for making up & break out the pipes, casings and downhole tool.

1. Dies marking: non-marking according to API, and no damage for the workpiece accuracy. Non marking dies for protect speciality material such as chrome.
