Product details

Quaternary fluororubber exhibits excellent resistance to high-temperature steam and can be used long-term in superheated steam above 200°C, making it one of the preferred sealing materials for steam applications.

Exhibits excellent resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and amine compounds, making it particularly suitable for harsh environments such as acidic oil and gas fields and chemical processing equipment.

Excellent heat resistance, with a long-term operating temperature range of -10°C to +250°C and short-term tolerance exceeding +260°C.

Excellent compression set performance ensures stable elastic recovery even under high temperature and high pressure conditions, guaranteeing long-term sealing reliability.

Compared to perfluoroether rubber, tetrapropylene fluororubber offers better cost-performance and excels in specific conditions such as steam resistance and acid-alkali resistance, making it one of the economical alternatives to FFKM.
