    A three-cylinder dryer nests three drums into one body, so the hot air passes through the material three times within a much shorter shell length. For the same capacity it saves 30-40% fuel and requires only about half the floor space of a single-drum dryer.

    The three-cylinder dryer can process materials with initial moisture up to 20-25%, such as wet river sand, slag, clay and sawdust, and reduce the final moisture to below 1% as required by the downstream process.

    Yes. The heating furnace accepts coal, biomass, natural gas, diesel and even industrial waste heat. We customize the furnace and burner configuration according to the cheapest fuel available in your market.

    Three parameters are adjustable: hot air temperature, cylinder rotation speed and feed rate. Combined with the three-stage lifting plate design, the discharge moisture stays stable, typically within ±0.2% fluctuation without over-drying.
