01 High magnetic filed intensity02 Big magnetic system area
The magnetic system is made up of the rare earth NdFeB magnets with high performance. It has a very wide poly face, lots of magnetic poles. It ’ s with a very high magnetic induction ability and a very high magnetic gradient. The magnetic intensity in some part can reach 17000 Gs.At present, the largest width for the magnetic system is 2500 mm, and its largest length is 3000 mm.

Double-layer orifice plate is used for material distribution, which is stable and uniform, and the material depth is small.There are various belts specially designed to remove the iron for the customer ’ s choice. Made by the compound materials with high quality, the belt can serve for a long lifetime and remove the iron remarkably.
05 Energy and water saving06 Protect the WHIMS
Driven by one motor with small power, it ’ s very energy-saving. With the special controllable design of water system, water is greatly saved.Used in conjunction with the WHIMS to reach the limit level of magnetic separation iron removal!

It is used for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals in wet processing, especially for wet iron

removal of non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand, potassium feldspar, and soda feldspar. In addition, it has

a good separation performance for weak magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, specularite, siderite

manganese ore, and tantalum-niobium ore.
