  • Laboratory 60kV High Tension Electrostatic Separator Our Laboratory High Tension Electrostatic Separator is designed for laboratory-scale mineral processing, ore testing, mineral beneficiation research, and separation experiments. It uses a high-voltage electrostatic field to separate minerals according to differences in electrical conductivity, providing an efficient dry separation method for conductive and non-conductive minerals.
  • Adjustable High Voltage up to 60kV The equipment is equipped with a high-voltage power supply with an output of up to 60kV. The adjustable voltage allows operators to optimize separation conditions according to different mineral characteristics, particle properties, and testing requirements.
  • Conductive and Non-Conductive Mineral Separation The separator is designed to distinguish minerals according to their electrical conductivity. Conductive and non-conductive particles respond differently to the electrostatic field and can therefore be separated into different product streams.
  • High Tension Electrostatic Separation The high-tension electrostatic separation system generates a strong electrostatic field around the separation zone. It is suitable for laboratory testing of mineral concentrates and mixtures where conventional physical separation methods may not provide sufficient selectivity.
  • Dry Mineral Separation Process The equipment uses a dry electrostatic separation process, eliminating the need for process water during separation. This makes it suitable for laboratory environments and for mineral processing applications where water consumption needs to be minimized.
  • Wide Range of Mineral Applications The separator can be used for research and testing involving various conductive and non-conductive minerals, including zircon, rutile, ilmenite, monazite, cassiterite and other heavy mineral concentrates, subject to the electrical characteristics and particle properties of the feed material.
