  • The CS series automatic acid value analyzer comes in three-cup and six-cup versions. It is a fully automatic analyzer that uses the extraction method to accurately measure the acid value of insulating oil. This instrument not only enhances work efficiency and test accuracy but also reduces the contact of operators with samples and reagents.
  • 2. The color touch LCD screen can be operated easily through the touch-type LCD display.
  • 3. The reagents provided randomly with this series of instruments are all in solid form. Users do not need to undergo specialized training or use specialized equipment. They only need to follow the instructions and use the common reagents purchased from local chemical stores to prepare them on the spot. The process is simple, the operation is easy, the testing cost is significantly reduced, and it also eliminates the numerous inconveniences associated with the long-distance transportation of hazardous chemicals.
  • 4. During the measurement process, simply insert the sample into the sample cup, place the sample cup into the sample cup hole, and the instrument will automatically perform operations such as searching for the sample, injecting the extraction solution, titrating the blank value, conducting the measurement, discharging the waste liquid, automatically cleaning, shutting down, displaying and printing the results. One start-up can measure 3 to 6 samples. It is convenient to use and highly efficient.
  • 5. The instrument is equipped with standard acid for calibration and calibration procedures. Users can calibrate the instrument and the neutralization solution at any time, eliminating the defect of concentration changes in the neutralization solution during use. At the same time, the instrument automatically subtracts the background value of the extraction solution during the measurement, overcoming the influence of background value changes in the extraction solution on the results.
