    Our biomass dryer can process wood chips, sawdust, rice husks, straw, peanut shells, coffee grounds, distiller's grains, and many other agricultural and forestry residues. We customize the feeding system and internal structure based on the material's shape and moisture content.

    Typically, we can reduce moisture from 50%-60% down to 10%-15% in a single pass. For materials that are very wet (over 70%), a two-stage drying system may be recommended to achieve the best efficiency and product quality.

    Yes. As the direct manufacturer, we can send our engineers abroad to guide installation and commissioning. All our biomass drying lines come with CE certification. We also provide detailed assembly drawings and video support.

    Our hot air generator can run on biomass pellets, wood chips, rice husks, nutshells, or even diesel and natural gas as backup. We recommend using your own biomass waste as fuel to minimize operating costs.

    Our system is equipped with an automatic temperature control and flame monitoring device. The inlet temperature is kept below 350°C for woody biomass and below 200°C for fine materials like sawdust. We also add spark arrestors and emergency cooling systems for safety.

    We recommend keeping spare conveyor belts, thermocouples, burner nozzles, and seals. For rotary dryers, spare riding rings and thrust rollers are also suggested. We keep a full inventory and can ship any part within 48 hours.

    Yes. During installation, our engineers will train your operators on site. We also provide operation manuals and remote support via video call. Warranty is 12 months, with lifetime free technical consultation.
