2000mm Series Table Roller Buffing Machine is using the cotton wheel or Scotch-Brite brushing roller with non-woven fiber abrasive material, equipped with an advanced and patented oscillation system. Its purpose is to reduce the metal surface roughness after buffing or polishing process. After gantry type cotton wheel polishing machine’s processing, the finished sheet can reach a bright surface between 4k to 6k (Ra ≤ 0.5 microns). Buffing machine is with contact roller rapid replacement, online repair, speed adjustable control function, which is possible to obtain the surfaces with soft, bright and homogeneous low roughness surface that are suitable for interior design, household appliance, food industry etc.
