The tunnel mining drill rig machine, also known as haggloader or tunnel excavator, is a type of underground construction mucking loading machinery mainly used in excavating of tunnel mining, mine engineering, narrow space mining operation such as metal mine, water transferred roadway, Urban jacking pipe, and etc. Our mucking loader is with a different capacity of 40 cubes, 50 cubes, 60 cube, 80 cube, 100 cube, 120 cube per hour. 1. C hassis structure part.

The wheeler mucking loader is divided into a skid steer type and a bridge type from the chassis structure

1). Skid steer type

When the tunnel is narrow, there are bends in the tunnel and it is inconvenient to turn. Therefore, it is suitable for small mines where turning is not convenient. In this content,we mainly introduce the skid steer type ZWY-80H wheel mucking loader. Advantages: The chassis can be customized, and the machine can be as narrow as 1.2 meters (excluding diesel engine), which is very suitable for municipal pipe jacking and small mine holes and water diversion tunnels. (Small tunnels or tunnels less than 1.3 m can only be used with skidding steer chassis).

2). Bridge type

4 wheel drive, steering wheel, strong passability. Advantages: The quality is more stable and the maintenance is more convenient.

2. Excavation loading section

The excavation part adopts a backhoe structure, and the components cooperate with each other to realize excavation, collection and loading functions, and complete collection of ore and slag.

nveying part

The drum is driven to drive the conveyor belt, and the bucket feeds the material into the conveyor belt and the conveying trough, and is loaded and unloaded onto the vehicle to be loaded via the conveyor belt. Control the lift cylinder to adjust the loading height. Conveyor belt type, scraper type and hopper type.

4. Hydraulic control system

The hydraulic oil is pressurized to the multi-way reversing valve by the gear pump, and the corresponding valve path is controlled by the operating handle to transport the pressurized oil to each cylinder and the motor to complete the excavation, the left and right rotation, the walking, the conveying and the like. When not working, the oil is filtered by the intermediate oil passage of the multi-way reversing valve, and the radiator is returned to the mailbox.
