This industrial three-pass rotary mineral dryer is customized for high-viscosity wet mineral materials, specially designed for bentonite, kaolin clay, diatomite, raw clay and various mine soil raw materials. It solves the common industry pain points of material sticking to drum wall, caking, uneven drying and low output of sticky mineral mud.

The whole set includes feeding system, breaking dispersing device, three-layer drying drum, heat supply system, PLC control system, dust removal system and discharging system. It can process wet mineral soil with inlet moisture 30%-65%, adjust final moisture to 5%-12% freely. Processing capacity ranges from 5t/h to 50t/h, supporting 24-hour continuous stable operation. It is widely applied in mineral processing, building materials, chemical, ceramic, feed and environmental protection industries. All machines pass CE, ISO9001 certification with patented anti-sticking structure.
