  • RSQ-Q2 is a passive physical water descaler/scale inhibitor for municipal-water plumbing systems. It applies Pure Physical Ion Polarization and must not be represented as an ion-exchange water softener, a salt-regenerated unit, or a device that removes hardness minerals.
  • The current Q2 reference supports DN20 and DN25 connection options, an applicable pressure range of 0.15-1 MPa and an applicable water-temperature range of 0-99°C. Select the final connection only after checking pipe standard, peak demand and installation space.
  • The in-line design can be evaluated for PVC, copper and PPR pipe systems. Current information permits horizontal or vertical installation, provided it follows the confirmed water-flow direction and local plumbing practice. Verify adapters before ordering.
  • Q2 is intended for municipal-water scale-management applications such as whole-house plumbing and protected equipment lines. It is not an RO system, sediment pre-filter, microbiological purifier or universal treatment solution. Wells, hot-water loops and process systems need review.
  • The device is non-electric: select APP Control "No", Power Source "None/Not Applicable", and Voltage "N/A" in. No plug, charger, app connection or regeneration salt is required for the passive configuration.
  • Use "physical scale-control solution" in buyer communication. Avoid claims of zero scale, guaranteed descaling percentage, calcium/magnesium removal, hardness reduction, health benefit or drinking-water certification without an exact-model document and approved scope.
