    The drip irrigation tape is composed of PE soft tape and embedded continuous strips. The continuous strips are bonded to the inner wall of the pipe to form main water channels and drip irrigation channels; the unbonded parts form drip irrigation inlets and outlets. The outlet adopts a gap design similar to a one-way valve, which automatically closes under negative pressure to prevent clogging. There is a serrated turbulent flow channel between two outlets, and all bonding points are integrally f

    The production line consists of 8 core components: inner strip forming device, main extruder (for main pipe extrusion), vacuum sizing box, cooling water tank, punching device (laser punching and blade slitting), traction device, winding machine and packaging machine, realizing integrated production from raw materials to finished products.

    Our equipment supports the production of two standard pipe diameters: 16mm and 20mm, which can meet the needs of most farmland, orchards and greenhouses. If you have special diameter requirements, we can customize the equipment accordingly.

    Laser punching has high precision, no burrs and low loss, suitable for high-precision drip irrigation scenarios (such as greenhouse seedling raising); blade slitting is efficient, easy to operate and low in maintenance cost, suitable for mass production with budget. We can recommend the appropriate type according to your needs.

    Our core advantage is "advanced technology + high cost performance". We adopt the inner strip small wheel forming process, which is exactly the same as that of the international advanced enterprise THE, ensuring international-level product quality, but our equipment price is much lower, helping you reduce investment costs.

    The standard production speed is 300 m/min (adjustable according to your capacity demand), and the total equipment power is about 160-185 KW. The specific parameters can be adjusted according to your customization requirements.

    Yes, we provide on-site installation and commissioning worldwide (the on-site fee is negotiable). We also offer free online + offline operation training, covering equipment operation, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance, until your operators fully master the skills.

    We provide 1-hour preliminary response during working hours. For simple faults, we guide you to solve them via video within 2 hours; for complex faults, we arrange engineers to visit the site within 24 hours (domestic) and 72 hours (international) to ensure minimal impact on your production.
