Our QJB submersible mixers cover a wide power range from 0.37 kW to 22 kW, with models like QJB0.37/6-220/3-980/S for low-power needs and QJB22/12-620/3-480/S for high-power applications. This ensures we have a suitable mixer for various tank sizes and mixing intensities.

We offer impellers made from stainless steel or carbon steel, available in both precision-cast and stamped/welded versions. The blades feature a swept-back, optimized design for high efficiency and self-cleaning, suitable for harsh wastewater environments.

Cast impellers are typically more robust for heavy-duty applications, while punch-type impellers offer cost-effectiveness for standard duties. Both are designed for efficiency and anti-clogging, with the choice depending on the specific media and operational requirements.

We offer multiple installation systems. System I is for pools <3m deep and allows horizontal/vertical angle adjustment. System II uses guide rods that can rotate ±60° horizontally. Custom designs are available for specific pool geometries and depths.

For optimal plug-flow mixing effect, the flow velocity should be maintained between 0.15 m/s and 0.3 m/s. Velocities below 0.15 m/s may be ineffective, while those above 0.3 m/s can be inefficient. Our selection service helps determine the right model for your tank.
