Cutting rolling welding and nondestructive testing are strictly controlled during production to ensure safe and stable performance under long term high temperature working environment. We support non standard customization on diameter length wave depth and other dimensions according to actual working conditions. Suitable for new boiler production old boiler replacement and boiler retrofitting projects. Good weldability brings easy field assembly and shortens installation period. As direct manufacturer, we own rich production experience. Our corrugated furnaces are widely used for fire tube steam boilers hot water boilers and industrial heating equipment. Every finished product passes strict pre delivery inspection. Fine mechanical performance resists frequent temperature variation, not easy to deform or damage, which reduces later maintenance cost.
