The Gold Mining Blanket Machine is a gravity separation system designed for recovering fine gold, placer gold and other heavy minerals from mineral slurry. The equipment uses a continuous circulating mining blanket to capture high-density mineral particles while lighter materials are discharged with water flow.

Working Principle: Mineral slurry is evenly fed onto the moving mining blanket. Under the combined action of water flow, blanket texture and gravity, high-density mineral particles are trapped inside the blanket fibers, while lighter gangue flows away. The blanket continuously circulates and carries the concentrate to the collection area for washing and recovery.

Application: Gold mining, placer gold processing, alluvial gold recovery, fine gold concentration, tailings recovery and heavy mineral separation.

Yes. It can be combined with a trommel screen, vibrating screen, hydrocyclone, slurry pump, spiral separator, gold shaking table or gold concentrator to form a complete processing line.

Standard voltage is 380V, 50Hz, three phase. Other voltages such as 220V, 415V, 440V and 60Hz can be customized.

The normal production time is approximately 15-30 working days after technical confirmation and receipt of the deposit. The exact time depends on the model and order quantity.

Yes. The belt width, machine length, number of layers, motor power, voltage and processing capacity can be customized according to the customer requirements.
