  • Controlled by a high-capacity single-chip microcomputer, this tester delivers consistent, stable and reliable performance throughout its operation. It is equipped with a wide-range watchdog circuit that effectively avoids system crashes and guarantees continuous normal running of the device. Supporting multiple operation modes, the instrument comes with ten selectable test standards covering industrial standard DL/429, international standard IEC156, ASTM D-series standards as well as customized test procedures, which can well satisfy testing requirements from customers across most countries worldwide. Its oil cup is integrally cast from special glass material, effectively eliminating common-seen troubles like oil leakage and other interferences during testing. Benefiting from the unique high-voltage sampling design, test signals can be directly transmitted to the A/D converter, which skips error-prone analog circuits and greatly improves the accuracy of final measurement results. To accommodate different global power grid conditions, the tester supports flexible frequency switching between 50Hz and 60Hz upon customer request. Comprehensive protection mechanisms including overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection are integrated into the unit. It features powerful anti-interference capability and excellent electromagnetic compatibility for complex-site working environments. Fitted with an internal lithium-battery pack, the tester works well without external power sources. Thanks to its portable compact structure, the device can be easily transported and deployed for both indoor laboratory testing and outdoor field-site operations.
