Description Of The DAF Machine

DAF machine mainly made up of dissolved air flotation system, scraper system and electric control 1) Dissolved air flotation system: Feeding the clean water into dissolved air tank by the backflow pump from the clean water tank. Meantime,air compressor press the air to the dissolved air tank. Release to inside of the tank after mixing air and water by the releaser 2) Scraper system:scrape the scum floating on the water into the scum tank 3) Electrical Control: The electrical control make the DAF machine reach the best effect

Application

The flotation machine can be used as followed: 1)Separate the tiny suspending matter and algae from the surface water 2)Retrieve useful matter from the industrial waste water. For example the pulp 3)Instead of the second sedimentation tank separation and sludge of concentrate water

Working Principle

The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank. Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast microbubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending microbubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and CODcr etc.
