This fully automatic spout bag filling and capping machine is specifically designed for packaging body lotion, hand cream, shampoo, body wash, detergent, sauce, and other liquids and viscous products in spout pouches. Piston metering system with 2-head simultaneous filling - automatically completes bag picking, opening, filling, capping, and output. Filling speed 20-40 bags/min, filling volume 50-500ml (customizable). Servo-controlled capping unit with adjustable torque - consistent capping quality, no cap damage. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, PLC and touch screen control. Widely used in daily chemical, food, and condiment industries.

High-Precision Piston Metering: High accuracy - suitable for lotions, creams, sauces, and other viscous products - filling volume 50-500ml adjustable.

Anti-Drip Filling Nozzle: Automatically cuts off product flow after filling - prevents dripping - keeps bag mouth and equipment clean.

Automatic Capping Mechanism: Servo-controlled torque - consistent capping quality - no cap damage - leak-proof sealing.

No Bag, No Fill: Photoelectric sensor stops filling when no bag is detected - prevents material waste.
