Horizontal spiral centrifuge is one of
Main motor drive at full speed rotating drum, material put into spiral continuously by feed tube, evenly distributed to the spiral discharging port. Under centrifugal force, solid content settles to the drum wall and is pushed out cone drum slag notch by the spiral pusher. Liquid is overflow along the spiral to the drum big end. It form big end set out liquid and small end set out solid.

of unstable light / heavy phase liquid compositions, while in our centrifuges, the interface of light / heavyphase liquids can be regulated with constantly changing material compositions
in the machine working, thus optimal separation effect is achieved. 1. Bowl speed to ensure the exact relative centrifugal force required for optimized separation.
2. Differential speed, for optimized balance between liquid clarity and solids discharge capacity.
3. Pond depth in the bowl for optimized balance between liquid clarity and solid dryness.

The machine is widely used in the production of chemical, printing, metallurgical coal mine, oil production, metallurgy,iron and steel, fabric,food, drink, pharmacy starch, dyes and so on, and it can also solve industrial and municipal wastewater. By use it, solid can be dehydrated, liquid can be clarified, etc.
1. Solid phase dehydration: dehydration effect for processing materials of solid particles.
2. Particle size classification: used in the removal of material of large diameter solid particles.

| Working principle |
Separation takes place in a horizontal cylindrical bowl equipped with a scroll conveyor. The processing material is fed into the bowl through a stationery inlet tube and is smoothly accelerated in the accelerate chamber. Centrifugal forces cause instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl, but at a different speed, thus moving the solids towards the conical end of the bowl.
