CNC water-jet cutting machine (standard configuration) is composed of cutting table and cutting head, HP pump, CNC control system with software, automatic abrasive feeding system and air cooling system.
Max5 Axis L Series Cutting Table
The Y-axis features an integrally cast crossbeam and base frame, optimized via finite element analysis to ensure long-term machining precision and stability. The detachable bed and water tank effectively isolate moving components from abrasive water
mixtures and machining debris, extending equipment lifespan.
The monolithic Y-axis base, stress-relieved and precision-machined, offers superior rigidity and vibration damping while facilitating transportation and on-site assembly. Both X/Y axes are equipped with C5-grade precision ball screws and heavy-duty
linear guides, achieving positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm and repeatability of ±0.01mm.
\Max 5 axis waterjet cutting head is based on the standard three-axis (x-axis Y-axis Z-axis) and adds the a-axis (rotation around x-axis) and the c-axis (rotation around z-axis), which can achieve large-angle deflection。By using state-of-the-art technology and
Italian ECS control system, it can produce 0-±45° or more inclined cuts with a maximum rotation angle of up to ±540°.Therefore, it can achieve the effect of 3d waterjet cutting.
The YC HP pump
is uniquely designed for easy installation and maintenance while ensuring stable working pressure and high efficiency. Available in 30KW/40HP, 37KW/50HP, and 75KW/100HP models, you can select the appropriate pump based on your cutting material and thickness. To enhance performance, critical components like the supercharger assembly and valve parts are directly imported from the US. Beyond our own pumps, we also supply renowned foreign brands such as KMT, Hypertherm, and BFT to meet diverse customer needs.
The YCG-SERVO high pressure pump system
is an efficient servo-driven system for precise pressure/flow control. It uses a servo control system (oil pump/motor) paired with a high-pressure sensor to measure pipeline pressure/flow states in real-time, forming a closed-loop control that automatically matches the selected cutting nozzle diameter via pressure/flow settings. The motor can accelerate to 2700 RPM within 50-60 milliseconds and stops to save energy when the cutting head is closed.

A: You need to offer the size of the materials you want to process or the size of the cutting table.
Q: How to solve the incision bevel problem by 3 axis water cutting?
A: It is not a vertical cutting for a waterjet cutter. This is due to the physical characteristics of waterjet. If it is required precise vertical angle cutting, we will provide you with a five-axis dynamic cutting system. It can make a small angle compensation in the software.
